Residential Boiler
Service

With nearly 70 years of experience servicing boilers new and old, you can trust Wesco 53 to get your home up to temperature quickly. We can service nearly any boiler, and are proud to specialize in the latest high-efficiency condensing gas boilers commonly installed today.

Air Conditioning

Service

Wesco got its start servicing on large-scale commercial HVAC units in the NYC Metro area, so you can trust that we have the experience and expertise to handle your home air conditioning repairs. Let the team at Wesco get your A/C unit up and running so your home can be a cool place to spend time.

Air Conditioning
Coil Cleaning

Contaminated air conditioning coils can reduce system efficiency at best, and bring your air conditioner to a grinding halt at worst. Often the culprit in underperforming cooling systems is a dirty coil, as it struggles to transfer heat efficiently. Coil cleaning can even help to improve your home's indoor air quality (IAQ).

Heat Recovery Ventilation

(HRV) Installation

HRV systems make the most of the heat your home generates, by recovering the heat energy from  air that your HVAC cycles out of your home. These are standard equipment on many newer homes in Westchester County, and can easily be retrofitted to older homes to improve efficiency and reduce your carbon footprint.

Residential Boiler
Maintenance

Servicing your boiler yearly is a great way to ensure that it is running as efficiently as possible and will last as long as possible, saving you money and preventing unexpected downtime. Give us a call to schedule a standalone appointment, or ask about our regular service programs.

Air Conditioning

Maintenance

Well-maintained residential air conditioning units can provide many years of reliable service, with minimal downtime. Give us a call to schedule a seasonal Preventative Maintenance visit, or sign up for regularly scheduled maintenance, and let the team at Wesco schedule the appropriate service appointments for your HVAC units.

UV Light

Installation

Ultraviolet light is a powerful tool that can quickly and efficiently sterilize the objects and air it comes in contact with. When installed and applied to your HVAC system, UV lights are a cost-effective way to kill airborne mold, germs, bacteria, and viruses to help improve indoor air quality (IAQ) and reduce the transmission of communicable disease.

Energy Recovery Ventilation

(ERV) Installation

ERV systems work similarly to HRV systems but also captures the humidity in the air that your home HVAC system cycles out. This helps keep the air in your home more comfortable and less dry without adding to your energy bill. Give us a call to learn how we can make your home a more efficient, greener place to live.

Heat Pump

Installation

Heat pumps are excellent HVAC options for environments with moderate heating and cooling needs. The single-unit design handles HVAC for all four seasons and is highly energy efficient. Give us a call today to see if a heat pump is a good option for your home.

Ductless & Ducted

Mini-split Installation

Mini-split systems can be great HVAC options for older homes or additions to modern homes. Requiring only a single hole in the wall, they are quick to install, offer both heating and cooling, and are far more efficient than a window mounted A/C unit. Give us a call to see if a mini-split system is a good fit for your home.

HVAC Ionizer

Installation

HVAC ionizers are the latest in air purification and filtration technologies. Used in the fight against transmissible diseases, like the novel coronavirus, these units help microscopic particles in your plenums stick together, making them easier for filtration systems to catch. Give us a call to see how an ionizer can help improve your home's indoor air quality (IAQ).

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System Installation

VRF systems work using a number of distributed miniature air handlers and a single condenser unit. These highly efficient systems (up to 50% more than conventional units) can provide both heating and cooling to different areas of a home at the same time and require significantly less wall and ceiling space to install.

*Planned repairs will occasionally expose further issues that require the attention of a licensed HVAC Technician. If this occurs up to 14 days after your last appointment with Wesco, we will waive our diagnostic fee ($295 + tax), and only the price of the new repair will be quoted. We won't stop until your system is running at its best, and we always welcome second opinions from other licensed HVAC companies, should you feel the need.
